Individual 1:1 Art Therapy

In this online art therapy session we will start with a check-in to see how you are doing. Then there will be plenty of art making time and at the end of the session we will discuss your artwork together to find possible meanings and internal wisdom.

60 mins | $80 per session (sliding scale slots available)

Art Therapy Groups

Join a supportive community where creative expression and shared experiences foster healing and growth.
– runs for a term of 6-8 weeks
– attendance is mandatory
– based on a set theme led by the art therapist
– allows for delving deeper into the meaning of your artwork and in building deeper relationship with group members

90 – 120 mins per session | $240 for 6-8 sessions
