Self-growth
Artists Open Studio Group
This is a group for artists seeking to make artwork in a low pressure and safe space. It can offer gentle accountability for those who want to make artwork but find it hard due to self-criticism, artist block and burnout. Each week the art therapist will offer a short grounding and warm-up activity to help members get into the flow of creating. Every week members have the choice to share their artwork and even ask for gentle feedback if they would like to.
Continual (except for holidays or vacations)
$20 per session
Starting May 2025 – Day and time to be announced

“Katlyn’s art therapy course on Encouraging Self-Compassion allowed me to come to new realizations, which are going to help me for the rest of my life. I was left with a huge sense of peace by the end of the course. The one hour art making process in an online group setting was remarkable. I liked being alone in my room making the art, but knowing that there were others whom I felt safe with, going through the same process. I have always enjoyed making art, but had never incorporated it in a therapy format before. It was one of the best courses I have taken. “
